I started making books in plaster as an experiment quite a while ago. Then I found a twelve volume Collected Works of Goethe/ Goethe’s Samtliche Werke (published in Stuttgart in 1885) brought out of Germany by my father’s parents when escaping. The mica is found in the hills of Adelaide.
